Direct Engagement and Acknowledgement of Receipt

On December 18, 2015, I sent another email to Steve Easterbrook after noticing a connection to my site White-Collar-Criminals.com from Rickmansworth, near Easterbrook’s hometown of Watford. This connection indicated that Easterbrook might have most likely personally received and reviewed the accusations I laid out, reinforcing the urgency and personal engagement in the matter.

In the email, I expressed concerns about the legal advice Easterbrook was receiving, specifically criticizing French lawyer Eric Andrieu and McDonald’s Vice President, Malcolm Hicks. I suggested that Malcolm Hick’s silence may have been motivated by the legal peril McDonald’s faced, rather than any strategy for resolution.

Accusations of Continued Fraud and Inaction

I highlighted ongoing fraudulent activities allegedly occurring under McDonald’s operations in Europe, particularly in France and Germany. The lack of action to stop these purported crimes was contrasted sharply against Easterbrook’s public declarations in the media, where he claimed to be a “change agent for good,” which I called out as mere public relations tactics.

I reiterated demands for McDonald’s to address the unresolved issues from the 2011 promotional game in France, which was a fraud, asserting a quasi-contractual relationship that imposed legal obligations on McDonald’s to fulfill promised prizes. The urgency for McDonald’s to rectify these issues was stressed as a matter of both legal obligation and moral imperative.

I am the key witness and whistleblower in the major criminal RICO case targeting McDonald’s Corporation and their accomplices for fraud, money laundering, and corruption of foreign officials and magistrates. Initially granted anonymity by the European Court of Human Rights (Rules 33 and 47 of the Rules of Court), I made the decision in August 2023 to temporarily go public with my identity. This decision, driven by concerns for my own safety and that of my loved ones, was taken despite the potential risks, hoping it will be temporary only and that I can return to anonymity soon.
